What's up everyone. I hope you have had a blessing filled start to 2026. We're bringing in the year with a long time favourite True Duology.
True Duology are starting the year off with an absolute bang with their brand new 8-track Album called 'From The E To The E' which was released on January 16th, 2026.
This album links two artists who both have unique voices and styles together in what can only be described as a transatlantic cipher.
These two artists are from the opposite ends of the world — one from Essex, UK, — while the other hails from across the ocean in Elizabethtown, USA.
They manage to blend equal parts defiance, vulnerability, politics, — (along with playfulness elements) perfectly. This album proves that hip-hop can be both Personal, AND Global!
The album also features a flurry of artists from the UK and the USA. Some of the artists included are Ray Blacc, Big Donzz, Neaality Gandhi, Mister Hyde, Billy Boi and many more.

I have had a chance to listen to the album a few times and I have to admit I'm extremely impressed. It's my favourite project from them so far.
They start the album off coming full throttle and never let off the gas pedal once. Each and every track was delivered in the way that it needed too. True Duology show once again why as a duo they are unmatched — then come to the features that are impeccable and perfectly chosen for each track.
My favourite tracks are the title song 'From The E To The E' and 'One & The Same'. For the title song I just love how they go back to back and don't take it easy. Instead they come and attack the beat full on.
The reason I say 'One & The Same' is because I really enjoy the beat and their delivery is on point. Plus it just feels great to listen to sonically. I can't really explain it, it is one of those things where you need to listen to it to understand.
Overall it's a 10/10 album and I can't recommend you to listen to it enough. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed.

What was the overall mindset going into this project and what did you want to deliver to the world?
True Duology -
The mindset was simple:
Archive a moment honestly and let it breathe.
This project lives OUTSIDE the *main* chapters… so.. there was freedom in that.
We wanted to deliver something raw, reflective, AND human — a snapshot of where we were/are *mentally* AND creatively.. Like, WITHOUT 'polishing' the edges off.

What has been your favourite moment while creating this album?
True Duology -
Honestly? The moments when it stopped feeling like an “album” and just (finally) felt like creative expression again.
... Late sessions — but, with no pressure..
... Trusting instincts — that’s where the magic crept in.
Chucky Edwards-
It's evident that you have included a lot of artists from both the UK and US, what was the idea behind this? Also is there an artist you wish you were able to work with?
True Duology -
The idea was ‘connection’.
No borders, no scenes — just energy.
We’ve always frequently worked with, AND been influenced by sounds and voices from both sides of the pond — so it felt natural to let the project reflect that.
As for who we wish we could’ve worked with?
There are a few — but we like leaving some doors unopened for now.

What keeps you motivated to keep creating and delivering pieces of art for the world to indulge in?
True Duology -
Uhhh, Curiosity, first and foremost? ..
We’re still interested in seeing how far the experiment can go.
.. Creating is *how* we 'process' life — if we stop, something feels off..
If people connect with it too, that’s a bonus that we don’t take lightly.

What’s next for you after this release?
True Duology -
This closes one chapter and clears the runway, for sure!
New material lands next.. 👀
and it’s focused, intentional, and very much the 'next evolution' of True Duology.
